I really wanted to like these bags, I did, but they just weren't for me. The design feels a little odd in person, and kind of cheap-looking. The colors looked much nicer online, but once I got them, they seemed dull and not that stylish. The shape is also bulky, but not in a cute way. For the price, I was expecting something a lot cuter. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I really liked this bag at first, the style and size were pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I expected it to feel a bit more sturdy though, especially since it looked so nice in the photos.
After a few weeks, the zipper started getting stuck, and then one of the pulls came loose. The small metal pieces just feel cheaper than I thought they would for the price. Customer service was fine, but I’m not super confident the hardware will last.

I couldn’t believe how small this was when it arrived?! It looked way bigger in the pictures, but I could barely fit my stuff in it. Definitely not worth it if you’re planning to use it for school.

I had a spill on it and noticed the stain didn’t really come out as easily as I hoped. It’s not a huge deal, and maybe I just need to try a different cleaner, but cleaning it has been a bit frustrating so far.

The bag does look good, I’ll give it that, but wow, it gets uncomfortable way too quickly. The straps are stiff and start digging into my shoulders once the bag is even a little full. I don’t have the patience to deal with that on long walks or full school days. For the price, I really expected it to feel a lot better...

I liked the overall idea behind the brand, but for me personally, the impact side felt a little too vague. I was hoping to find clearer details on where the support actually goes and what it’s doing. If you’re not too concerned about that, it might not bother you, but since that was a big part of why I was considering buying, I just didn’t feel totally comfortable going through with it.

It’s decent overall, but definitely not the roomiest. For a short trip, it works just fine, and it’s not even about expecting tons of space, it just feels a little tight if you’re carrying much with you

I ordered a backpack with my kid’s initials on it, and overall the bag itself is nice. From a distance the personalization looks fine, but when you actually look up close, one of the letters seems just slightly off center. It’s not awful, but it’s the kind of thing you notice once you see it.

For the price, I expected the stitching to look a bit cleaner. Shipping was fine and my kid still likes the backpack, so I’m not totally unhappy, but when I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apology messages instead of someone actually acknowledging the issue. It’s okay overall, just not as polished as I hoped.

Shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, to be honest. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I definitely thought it would get here sooner. Overall, it was just OKAY

I ordered this fully expecting it to show up when it said it would, but nope, the delivery kept getting delayed over and over. The tracking was basically useless and barely updated, so I had zero idea when it was actually going to arrive. i’m 100% sure this was one of the most frustrating shipping experiences I’ve had.

Not gonna lie, I was expecting the water resistance to be a bit better. It works fine for light splashes, but I wouldn’t fully trust it in wetter situations.

I bought this thinking it would hold up fine, but the seams started ripping after just a week. Kind of disappointing because it looked okay at first, then suddenly it was coming apart

The bag itself looks really nice, I do like the style. But the laptop pocket feels kinda thin to me. My charger and tablet move around more then I thought they would, and the bottom doesn’t have much padding either. For the price, I expected my stuff to feel a bit more protected

Once I put my laptop and a few little things in there, it was kind of a pain carrying it around all day. I don’t think it’s the best for travel either, at least not for me. Maybe if you’re not walking a lot it’s fine, but I needed something more easy to carry...

He had a hard time opening the zippers on his own, and his lunch box didn’t fit as easily as I expected. The straps also felt a little stiff, which made it less comfortable for everyday school use. Shipping was totally fine, but for the price, I was hoping it would be a bit more kid-friendly.

I really do like the way this State bag looks, and the pockets are useful enough for daily stuff. But the straps just don’t seem to sit right on me, so I end up messing with them way more than I’d like.
For what it costs, I kind of figured the adjustment would be smoother and actually stay put. It might be perfectly fine on someone else, but for me, let’s just say the charm wore off quickly

I really wanted this lunch bag to work, but after about two weeks the zipper started getting stuck and it also began leaking. For something that’s supposed to be used every day, it should at least hold up to normal lunches and a little moisture. Unfortunately, this one just didn’t.
